Compensation & Perks
- Hourly Pay: $17.13 / hour
- Cash Tips: Take them home the same day you earn them!
- Credit Card Tips: Added directly to your regular paycheck.
Schedule Requirements
Our shop hours are as follows:
- Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We operate with three shifts per day. We highly prefer candidates with open, flexible availability who are able to work across our entire operating range, including reliable weekend availability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting high-quality espresso drinks with precision and care.
- Working collaboratively alongside another barista, as well as confidently running the floor solo during quieter periods.
- Delivering energetic, friendly, and efficient customer service that keeps our neighbors coming back.
- Maintaining pristine cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
- Approaching every challenge with a problem-solving attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests and your teammates.
Must-Haves (Required)
- Minimum of 6 months of hands-on barista experience working on a commercial espresso bar.
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep a positive attitude.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred but not required)
- Experience with Toast POS systems.
- Experience operating a La Marzocco espresso machine.
