Foster Care Case Manager to Join Our Mission to Help Children Thrive

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Foster Care Case Managers to join our growing organization, which includes a foster care and adoption agency, two emergency shelters, and two children's homes.
Our Case Managers play a critical role in supporting children and foster/adoptive families throughout their foster care journey. You will work alongside an experienced leadership team and dedicated staff while utilizing our highly proficient ExtendedReach case management system to ensure thorough documentation, communication, and compliance.
About the Role
Our team works closely with community organizations, churches, foster families, and other partners to help secure safe, stable, and nurturing homes for children and sibling groups in need.
The primary office is located at our Emergency Shelter and Children's Ranch just outside of Luling in Gonzales, Texas.
For candidates selected to provide case management services for our Children's Home, office responsibilities will be conducted in person at the Children's Home.
Required Experience
A minimum of one year of foster care case management experience is required.
Applicants who do not have at least one year of direct foster care case management experience will not be considered for this position. If you are interested in working directly with children in one of our shelters or Children's Homes, we welcome you to indicate that in your application.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of one year of foster care case management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability and willingness to travel as required by the position
- Availability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends as needed

- Experience with grant writing, fundraising, or community development is a plus.
