Travel LPN / LVN – Outpatient Clinic – Rochester, NY – Up to $1,680/Week
Location: Rochester, NY
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Weekly Pay: Up to $1,600/week (W2 + Stipend) or $1,680/week (1099)
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience
- Outpatient Clinic, Ambulatory, Urgent Care, or Pediatrics experience preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- First-Time Travelers Accepted
Responsibilities
- Obtain vital signs and patient histories
- Administer medications, vaccines, and injections
- Perform EKGs and specimen collection
- Conduct telephone triage and follow-up calls
- Complete medication reconciliation
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Support providers in a fast-paced outpatient setting
