Duties
- Respond quickly to roadside assistance requests, assessing vehicle issues on-site
- Perform mechanical services such as jump-starts, tire changes, fuel deliveries, and lockout services using hand tools and power tools
- Battery replacements
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain communication with dispatch
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, or automotive service environments
- Familiarity with diesel mechanics, automotive electrical systems, and mechanical systems repair
- Experience working with tools and procedures in a roadside or automotive field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally under pressure
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to vehicle repair and roadside assistance operations
