Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetic RN Injector to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and laser treatments with precision and care.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized before and after procedures.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product recommendations to optimize results.
- Manage client appointments efficiently using salon or med spa management software.
- Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and engaging with followers to grow our online community.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, addressing client questions, and upselling relevant products or additional treatments.
- Support retail sales efforts through product demos and personalized recommendations based on client needs.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives, including hosting events or product launches to boost visibility.
Experience
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with specialized training in aesthetic injections such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.
- Prior med spa or cosmetic clinic experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and infection control practices in aesthetic settings.
- Experience with social media management tools and content creation to promote services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently about treatment options.
