We're looking for an estimator who understands that our customers are our #1 priority—not the insurance company.
Perform complete and accurate damage assessments.
Ensure vehicles are properly disassembled as needed for thorough inspections.
Inspect structural, body, mechanical, electrical, glass, interior, and refinish damage.
Identify and document any unrelated damage or maintenance concerns.
Prepare comprehensive repair plans, including labor operations, replacement parts, and sublet services.
Review and follow current OEM repair procedures to ensure safe, proper repairs.
Communicate with insurance companies regarding supplements and repair approvals.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Collaborate with technicians, parts personnel, and management to ensure efficient workflow.
Previous experience as an Auto Body Estimator.
Experience with CCC ONE estimating software preferred.
Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and collision repair processes.
Ability to identify automotive parts and their locations.
Computer proficiency, including data entry, parts research, and estimate matching.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
