About the Role
Angiolillo Management Group is hiring experienced crew members to join our Dunkin’ team. We operate busy, fast paced stores focused on strong teamwork, consistent service and a positive guest experience.
This role is best suited for individuals who are reliable, organized and comfortable working in a high energy environment while maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate and timely service to guest
- Prepare coffee, beverages and food according to Dunkin’ standards
- Operate register, POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Support team operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Promote current products and loyalty programs
Qualifications
- Experience in a coffee shop, café, or fast paced restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow established processes and maintain consistency
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

-Ability to stand for extended periods
