Full Potential is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Aide to support our clinical and front office teams. In this role, you will play an integral part in the daily operations of the clinic—helping maintain efficiency, ensuring organization, and contributing to a welcoming, patient-centered environment. Our aides are essential to delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
This is a steady, ongoing position; we value applicants who are looking for consistency and the opportunity to become a reliable part of our clinic. The ideal candidate can commit to at least 12 months. This position will be a great fit for someone who wants to contribute to a strong team, build experience, and take on a role with purpose. Full Potential Physical Therapy is a privately owned, outpatient orthopedic clinic that has proudly served the Holland community for over 29 years. From treatment to scheduling and billing, our team works together to create an exceptional, consistent patient experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support clinical operations - Assist therapists with patient flow and basic support tasks to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care
- Greet patients and escort them to treatment rooms
- Keep care flowing efficiently by cleaning and resetting treatment areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic
- Perform laundry and general housekeeping duties
- Support front desk operations - Contribute to the full patient experience
- Assist with scheduling, patient intake, and insurance workflows
- Answer phones, collect payments, and manage paperwork
- Fax, scan, file, and upload patient documentation
- Prepare and organize patient charts and EMR records
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies

- Available to work: Monday-Wednesday (9:30am-6:30pm), Thursday (9:30am-5:40pm), Friday (9:30am-3:10pm)

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Coursework in health sciences (preferred, not required)
- Previous healthcare experience or volunteer work (a plus, but not required)
