Local Independent Grocery Store looking for a Service Deli/Bakery Manager. This is a fast paced, customer service orientated job. This is a Full-Time position with an exceptional benefits package. We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
-customer service orientated
-sandwich making skills
-food prep skills
-good attitude
-high level of urgency
-willingness to learn
-food prep experience is a positive and helpful but not necessary.
-Must understand gross profit, have the ability to read gross profit statements, understand shrink loss ratio, understand sales vs purchasing ratios
-Must have order experience and management experience
