Job Summary
The Structural Design Engineer will support the design and development of modular power modules, IT modules, and data center structures. The role focuses on structural analysis, fabrication support, code compliance, and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural design calculations and analysis for modular structures.
- Design foundations, anchoring systems, and structural components.
- Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and seismic requirements.
- Support fabrication, welding, and manufacturing activities.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and project engineering teams.
- Assist with structural testing, reviews, and project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 6–10 years of structural/mechanical engineering experience.
- Experience with structural design and analysis.
- Knowledge of building codes and structural requirements.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent design tools.
Preferred Experience
- Modular construction/design experience.
- Foundation and anchoring design experience.
- Fabrication and welding knowledge.
- PE License is a plus.
