Duties
- Act as the primary liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to coordinate appointments and follow-up care.
- Manage patient records accurately, ensuring all documentation complies with privacy regulations and organizational standards.
- Assist with scheduling patient visits, tests, and procedures efficiently to optimize clinic flow.
- Provide clear explanations of medical procedures and terminology to patients to enhance understanding and comfort.
- Support medical administrative tasks such as verifying insurance information, preparing referral documents, and handling patient inquiries.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to track patient progress and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain a welcoming environment by greeting patients and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical office setting or healthcare environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and staff.
- Proven ability to support medical administrative functions efficiently within a busy office.
- Office experience demonstrating proficiency with scheduling software, electronic health records (EHR), or similar systems.
- Experience working in specialized healthcare offices is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. - Ability to work all shifts when needed

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
