Right now, we’re looking for an entry level, Sales & Customer Service Associate with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor to join our team. This full-time, permanent position includes four ten-hour shifts per week which includes weekends. (We’re open seven days a week to provide great service to our customers.)
Compensation includes hourly pay and bonus with minimum guaranteed earnings of $37,440/year. Upon completion of our initial training, customer service associates become eligible for our very lucrative incentive program. Top performers consistently exceed $1,500 in monthly incentives (additional $9.00/hour) with no cap on what can be earned. Additionally, we offer an annual reimbursement fund for education and personal development along with an available 20 hours paid volunteer time.
The winning candidate for this customer service position will have:
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills in English
- Competency using basic computer programs (Word, Excel) and the ability to be trained on other software programs.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. We are ready to train ambitious individuals that are ready to learn and grow.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Typical day-to-day:
- Multi-tasking, phone sales, professional email communication, cash handling, in-person customer service interaction.
- Reconciling of cash, check and credit card transactions.
- Retail sales.
- Basic cleaning tasks.
- Inventory management.
- Rental truck inspections upon check out and check in.
- Touring of the property and providing valuable access information to new tenants.
- Administrative data entry and collections.
