Production Packager - 1st & 2nd Shift

Co-Staff is currently hiring Production Packagers for a manufacturing client in Burlington, WI. These are full-time opportunities with immediate openings on both 1st and 2nd shift.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a production environment and take pride in producing quality products while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Pay
$17.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Package finished products according to company specifications
- Weigh and label products accurately
- Inspect products and packaging for quality and defects
- Assemble and prepare products for shipment
- Complete production and packaging documentation as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Assist with line setup and changeovers as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
