We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook/Fry Cook who is available to work weekends and evenings until 9pm. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Execute frying techniques with precision, maintaining proper oil temperatures and cooking times for optimal results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle food safely during preparation, storage, and service, following all health regulations.
- Support kitchen operations during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks such as plating, garnishing, and portioning.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow and timely delivery of orders.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant or culinary setting.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry operations.
