As a small studio, every team member plays an important role. We value curiosity, organization, technical skill, initiative, and thoughtful execution.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Residential Interior Designer with at least two years of professional residential design experience who can step into the role with confidence and contribute from day one.
Working directly with the Principal Designer, you will support projects throughout the design process—from concept development and client presentations through procurement, project coordination, and installation. - Support projects from initial consultation through completion.
Project & Procurement Coordination:
- Source furnishings, finishes, lighting, and accessories.
- Obtain vendor pricing, quotes, lead times, and availability.

- Coordinate purchase orders and procurement activities.
- Communicate project updates and help monitor timelines.
Client & Field Support:
- Attend client meetings and document notes and action items.
- Conduct field measurements and site verification.
- Participate in installations, styling, and final walkthroughs.
- Coordinate punch-list completion with vendors and contractors.
- Help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with the design vision.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- At least two years of professional residential interior design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, including accurate scaled drawings.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license for local project visits and vendor meetings.
