Job Title: Part-Time Weekend Shift Production Lead
Location: West Valley City, Utah
Department: Production – DTG and Graphics
Reports To: Plant Manager
Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday), 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Lead to oversee weekend production operations. This part-time leadership role is essential for ensuring production goals are met efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. The Production Lead will coordinate the activities of production team members, monitor workflow, and provide hands-on support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support production team members during weekend shifts.
- Ensure daily production targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor quality assurance standards and promptly address any deviations.
- Troubleshoot issues on the floor and escalate to maintenance or management as necessary.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to production staff.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and materials usage.
- Communicate effectively with weekday leadership to ensure continuity and updates on progress or issues.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or technical degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience; prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of production machinery and safety regulations.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts consistently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Print Industry – Apparel and Stickers
- Proficiency in using production tracking software or ERP systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in varied environmental conditions (e.g., hot, cold, noisy).
