We are seeking energetic and dedicated Part Time Night Shift Crew Members to join our dynamic team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work during the evening hours, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth food preparation and retail operations. Duties
- Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and order processing.
- Provide friendly customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and ensuring food handling safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in food prep tasks like chopping, assembling ingredients, and managing kitchen stations during your shift.
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks with excellent time management skills.
Skills
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales and order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently.
- Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently.
- Basic math skills for retail transactions, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Experience with cashiering, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store environment is a plus!
