Full job description
Our company is looking for well-connected car people to help us find customers for our classic car repair and restoration shops in Phoenix and Tucson. You are not selling cars, you are finding owners of classic and collector vehicles that need mechanical work, bodywork, paint, or full restoration, and connecting them with us.
We specialize in classic car restoration, mechanical repair, bodywork, paint, and refinishing. We work on cars that matter to their owners, vehicles that are rare, sentimental, valuable, or restored from the ground up. Our shops are growing very fast and we are building a team of sourcing representatives to keep them full.
This is not a desk job and it is not a hard-sell job. If you are already part of the car community, car clubs, shows, auctions, cruise-ins, swap meets, online groups, you already know people with a classic sitting in the garage waiting for the right shop. Your job is to connect them with us. Our Sales Director meets every owner in person, evaluates the project, and handles all pricing and paperwork. You bring the lead; we do the rest.
Responsibilities
- Find owners of classic, collector, and specialty vehicles who need mechanical, electrical work, bodywork, paint, or restoration
- Work your network: car clubs, shows, auctions, tow and transport operators, detailers, storage facilities, estate sales, and online communities
- Introduce the owner to our Sales Director, who meets every prospect in person and handles scoping, pricing, and contracts
- Stay in touch with your customers. You remain their point of connection to the shop and earn on everything they bring us
- Represent the company honestly and professionally, no pressure tactics, no promises about price or timeline
Requirements
- Genuine roots in the car community and a real network of classic car owners
- Self-starter who can work independently on their own schedule
- Honest, reliable, and good with people
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- No formal sales experience required. Your network and your hustle matter more than a resume
Preferred
- Active in car clubs, show circuits, or auction circles (officer, organizer, or regular)
- Background in towing, transport, detailing, appraisal, vehicle storage, or classic car sales
- Network in surrounding cities (Tucson, Prescott, Flagstaff, Casa Grande) — we pick up vehicles anywhere in the region with our own flatbed
How the pay works
- You earn 5% of every dollar we invoice on projects you bring in, for the life of the project and your commissions are uncapped. There is no ceiling, no quota, and no territory limit on what you can earn.
- We invoice customers weekly and pay commissions weekly — you start earning the first week your car is in the shop, not months later
- A $20,000 project pays you $1,000. A $100,000 restoration pays you $5,000, spread across the build as we invoice
- Free vehicle pickup on our flatbed anywhere in the region, distance never costs you a deal
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for people who love these cars and know the people who own them. This is a strong side income for the right person and room to grow with us as we expand to new cities. This is a 1099 independent contractor position: you set your own hours and work your own way.
How to Apply
Apply with a short description of your involvement in the car community and how you would find us our first three cars. A resume is optional, your network is your resume.
Pay: $6,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Flexible schedule
- Work from home
Application Question(s):
