Job Description
PCS is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own content creation, social media, and digital presence across both our corporate brand and our network of partner agencies.
This is a production-forward role for someone who is equally comfortable writing a compelling LinkedIn post, designing a print flyer in Adobe Illustrator, and publishing a blog article in WordPress— all in the same week. You'll work across B2B and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels, supporting PCS corporate communications and individual partner agency brands.
This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is based in-office in Eagle, Idaho.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Develop and manage social media content calendars for Pacific Crest Services (B2B) and partner agencies (DTC)
- Write, edit, and publish blog content aligned to brand voice, SEO best practices, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) principles
- Manage posting and engagement across Google My Business, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategy over time
- Work directly with partner agencies to develop and execute content strategies aligned to their local brand, market, and growth goals
Web Design & Publishing
- Publish blog content and landing pages in WordPress using the Divi builder
- Build and maintain custom landing pages in support of campaigns and partner agency initiatives
- Ensure web content is properly formatted, on-brand, and optimized for search
Graphic Design
- Design digital and print assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Produce social graphics, web banners, print collateral, and promotional materials for PCS and partner agencies
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
Newsletter
- Produce and distribute the quarterly Pacific Crest Services newsletter
- Coordinate content gathering, design, and delivery across internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- 2+ years of hands-on WordPress experience (Divi builder experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and content streams simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines without heavy oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices and content optimization
- Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletter production
- Background supporting both B2B and consumer-facing brands

- Partner agencies feel supported with clear content direction and consistent execution
- PCS and partner agency social channels are active, on-brand, and growing
- Blog content is published consistently, optimized for both search engines and AI-driven answer engines, and driving organic traffic
- Partner agency websites reflect current campaigns and accurate information
- The quarterly newsletter goes out on time and looks great
- Marketing assets are produced efficiently without sacrificing quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
