We are hiring Travel Registered Nurses (RN) for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Oncology Stepdown at a top teaching hospital in Columbus, OH.
If you have experience in PCU, ICU, or Telemetry, this is a great opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment while expanding your skills in oncology care.
Job Details (Easy to Scan)
- Location: Columbus, Ohio
- Contract: 16 Weeks (Extension Available)
- Shift Options:
- Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Schedule: 3x12 Hours
- Openings: 4 Positions
- Float: Yes (PCU / Med-Surg Oncology Units)
Minimum Requirements (ATS Keywords Included)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (State or Compact)
- 2+ Years RN Experience (PCU, ICU, Telemetry preferred)
- Recent Specialty Experience (within last 3 years)
- Experience with high-acuity patients
- Knowledge of Epic EMR / Electronic Medical Records
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
Required Certifications
- BLS – Basic Life Support
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- NIHSS – Stroke Scale Certification
Clinical Skills
- PCU / Stepdown Nursing
- Telemetry Monitoring & Dysrhythmia Interpretation
- IV Therapy & Central Line Care
- Cardiac Drips & Critical Care Support
- Oncology Patient Care (Preferred, Not Required)
- Acute Care / Hospital Experience
