We are seeking a dynamic, friendly and organized Front Desk Manager to join our vibrant endodontic practice. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and assist with patient intake processes using Dentrix
- Schedule appointments accurately utilizing dental office management software and coordinate with clinical staff for seamless patient flow.
- Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification
- Collect payments, process medical billing and coding and ensure proper documentation review in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette; respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide clear information regarding procedures and appointments.
- Maintain accurate dental records, file documents systematically, and ensure confidentiality of medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Support office operations by performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating patient information using Dentrix.
Experience
- Prior clinic or dental office experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with dental terminology, medical administrative support, and front desk responsibilities.
- Experience with Dentrix is advantageous
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and health information management software are essential.
- Knowledge of dental coding
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently are required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting involving documentation review, care plans, or medical records management will strengthen your application.
