Who You Are:
We are looking for a dedicated Shift Runner(Shift Lead) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure that every guest has a top-notch experience.
What You'll Do:
· Lead opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth shop operations.
· Maintain product quality and presentation by following company recipes and portion standards.
· Foster a positive team environment by recognizing accomplishments and maintaining high morale.
· Oversee cash register operations, reconcile daily transactions, and handle bank deposits if required.
· Train new employees on food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols.
· Efficiently work multiple stations, including food prep, cashier, and drive-thru.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
· Restock inventory to maintain product availability during shifts.
· Prepare burgers, sandwiches, fries, and other menu items with accuracy and efficiency.
· Maintain cleanliness across all areas of the building.
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking for in a Candidate:
Essential Pre-requisites:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Strong multitasking, math, and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
· Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction.
· Previous food service experience.
Preferred Pre-requisites:
· Previous supervisor experience is a plus.
