We’re looking for two skilled Licensed Massage Therapists to join our established chiropractic practice in Kennewick. If you’re passionate about helping people recover from injuries, reduce pain, and improve function through therapeutic massage, we’d love to meet you.
Our practice is busy, well-established, and referral-based. Our therapists are consistently scheduled with approximately 25–30 massages per week, allowing you to spend your time treating patients—not trying to build a clientele or fill your schedule. Our administrative team handles all scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, and front desk responsibilities so you can focus entirely on providing excellent care.
What You’ll Love About This Position

Schedule
We’re hiring two therapists who will share one primary treatment room.
Massage will be available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:45 PM.
Rather than assigning one therapist to permanent mornings and the other to permanent evenings, we plan to create a schedule that works well for both therapists and our patients. Therapists may work a morning shift one day and an afternoon/evening shift the next, allowing both therapists to enjoy a balanced schedule while giving patients more flexibility in choosing appointment times and therapists.
On Fridays, an additional treatment room is available, providing even more scheduling flexibility.
What You’ll Be Treating
This is a therapeutic, medically focused massage practice—not a spa environment.
Our therapists regularly treat patients with:
· Acute and chronic pain
· Auto accident injuries
· Work-related injuries
· Sports injuries
· Pregnancy-related discomfort
· Patients receiving chiropractic care as part of an integrated treatment plan
We’re looking for therapists who are confident providing therapeutic massage and can effectively tailor pressure and techniques—from medium to deep—based on each patient’s condition and treatment goals. Experience working with prenatal patients is highly valued.
