Schedule: Multiple shifts available (day, evening, overnight). Shift assignment provided upon hire.
We are seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team throughout the Greater Minneapolis area. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in protecting people, maintaining safe environments, and delivering exceptional service.
As a Security Officer, you will serve as a visible presence that helps create a secure and welcoming atmosphere for employees, residents, clients, and visitors. Whether conducting patrols, responding to incidents, or assisting guests, your role will have a direct impact every day.
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence at assigned locations
- Conduct routine patrols to identify safety concerns or unusual activity
- Help prevent unauthorized access and support site security procedures
- Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
- Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors, employees, and tenants as needed
- Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and fellow team members
- Must meet Minnesota requirements to work as an Unarmed Security Officer
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
- Previous security, military, or customer service experience is a plus — but not required
