Job Summary
As a Senior Media Designer supporting AI Training and evaluation initiatives, you will apply your expertise in corporate presentation design, visual storytelling, and creative communication to help improve next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how AI models learn, reason, and generate high-quality visual and presentation-based outputs through real-world creative input.
This is an hourly-paid contract opportunity, not a traditional full-time in-house media design role. Candidates will work on project-based AI training tasks while collaborating remotely with distributed teams in a flexible work environment. No prior AI experience is required — your design expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, refine, and enhance PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides presentations aligned with top-tier consulting and banking standards.
- Contribute to AI training and evaluation projects through visual reasoning tasks, presentation review, response evaluation, and related creative workflows.
- Ensure brand consistency and high-impact visual communication across corporate decks and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business concepts and data into compelling visual narratives.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create advanced graphics, infographics, and data visualizations.
- Proactively manage and improve presentation templates, slide libraries, and scalable design systems.
- Mentor and support other contributors by sharing best practices and providing constructive creative feedback.
- Identify and solve design challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Mastery of PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides for high-level corporate presentation design.
- Deep experience with Adobe Creative Suite for graphics, branding, and data visualization.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to maintain visual and brand consistency across large-scale presentation materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and creative feedback.
- Demonstrated success collaborating within remote or distributed work environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach toward design improvement and workflow optimization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in high-pressure environments at leading consulting or banking firms.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other designers.
- Familiarity with managing large template libraries and presentation design systems.
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation or AI training-related creative tasks is a plus.
