Full-Time Air Duct Cleaning Technician
CleanAir Vent is a local, family-owned air duct and dryer vent cleaning company serving Lebanon County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Air Duct Cleaning Technician.
Previous air duct cleaning experience is NOT required. We will provide paid, hands-on training to the right person.
Experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC, construction, maintenance, restoration, or another hands-on trade is a plus, but we are equally interested in someone who is reliable, mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work.
This position has the potential to develop into a Lead Technician role, with the responsibility of independently running service jobs after completing training and demonstrating proficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial air duct and dryer vent cleaning services
- Operate professional air duct cleaning equipment and tools
- Safely drive and operate a 16-foot box truck to and from customer locations
- Set up and break down equipment at job sites
- Work safely on ladders and in attics and crawl spaces when necessary
- Protect customers' homes and property while performing services
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety practices
- Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicle
- Complete assigned service jobs efficiently and thoroughly
- Eventually perform and manage service calls independently once fully trained
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
- Must be comfortable safely driving a 16-foot box truck
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
- Comfortable working on ladders and in attics and crawl spaces
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new procedures
- Ability to work independently after training
- Air duct cleaning experience is helpful but NOT required
