In this vital role, you will monitor premises through CCTV surveillance, conduct regular patrols, and manage access control systems to maintain a secure environment. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help prevent incidents and respond effectively to emergencies, creating a safe space for everyone.
Duties
Security Officer Duites:Common Area Patrols: Check lobbies, hallways, elevators, parking garages, and shared amenities (like pools or gyms) for safety hazards or vagrancyPerimeter Checks: Secure exterior entry doors, emergency exit stairs, and perimeter gates to prevent tailgating by non-guestsNoise and Party Enforcement: Respond rapidly to noise complaints, exceeding occupancy limits, or unauthorized parties reported by neighbors or automated noise sensors.Lockout Assistance: Help verified guests who are locked out of their units after confirming their reservation status with the management platformEmergency Dispatch: Coordinate with local police, fire departments, or medical responders during urgent safety incidents
