Integrity Reinforcing Bar (IRB) is a rebar fabrication company located in Atchison Kansas. Utilizing machinery for cutting and bending rebar to specifications, then shipping it to commercial construction projects throughout NE Kansas.
This position will carry out all functions of the fabrication shop, including leading other team members through the timely and accurate production of work. You will report directly to the Production Manager, who will provide the initial training on the various equipment and processes in the facility. Through development, this position will have increasing responsibilities over time.

Preferences, not requirements:
- Technical or vocational degree in construction, welding, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous leadership responsibility or role in construction or production facility.
