RESPONSIBILITIES
Support & Execution
Assist Journeyman and Master Electricians with residential service calls, troubleshooting, and installations. Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
Customer Service
Establish rapport with homeowners by being professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Uphold the Randy’s Electric reputation for delivering a 5-star experience on every visit.
Training & Growth
Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and company events to develop your technical and customer service skills. Seek out opportunities to learn each day and take on new challenges with confidence.
Team Collaboration
Work as part of a supportive, high-performing team that values communication, accountability, and growth. Contribute positively to the culture and help ensure overall success of the business.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed Apprentice Electrician in Minnesota
- Self-starter with the ability to be resourceful and proactive
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs
- Clean, safe driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Competitive individual contributor who also thrives in a team environment

We're looking for an exceptional Apprentice Electrician who wants to learn and grow into a residential electrical repair and installation career. You will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure a 5-star customer experience. You will diagnose and repair electrical issues and assist Journeyman and Master Electricians on job sites. To be successful at this position you will need to enjoy getting your hands dirty and have a heart to serve others.
Must be willing to travel daily within a 30 mile radius of the Twin Cities.
