Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Pool Technician to join our team. No experience necessary we will train the right candidate. The ideal candidate would have a basic understanding of mechanical knowledge, ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires outdoor work with various pool maintenance tools.
Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces to ensure cleanliness and proper water quality
- Conduct regular water testing and adjust chemical levels to maintain safe and balanced pool conditions
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as filters, pumps, and chlorinators; perform minor repairs as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times
- Document maintenance activities and communicate any issues or repairs needed to supervisors
Qualifications
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER, NO FELONY CONVICTIONS; CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE, MUST SPEAK ENGLISH.
- Ability to use technology to log pool maintenance and work order
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
Three week training period: $16.00 per hour. Entry level after training: $17.00 per hour to start. Experienced: $17.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience. Join our team as a Pool Technician where your skills will contribute to maintaining beautiful pools for our valued customers!
