Senior Market Consultants LLC is seeking licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our growing remote telesales team. If you're motivated, self-driven, and ready to build a successful career selling Medicare products, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, remote 1099 independent contractor position.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with inbound leads and prospective clients by phone
- Help Medicare-age clients review insurance options
- Follow compliance guidelines and carrier requirements
- Manage your own schedule while working full-time
- Follow up with prospects and clients as needed
- Submit accurate applications and documentation
- Maintain professionalism, urgency, and strong communication
What We’re Looking For
- Active Health Insurance license required
- Life Insurance license preferred, but not required
- Strong phone communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Good time-management and follow-up habits
- Willingness to work full-time
- Previous insurance sales experience is helpful, but not required
- Medicare experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
- Typical annual earnings: $60,000-$80,000
- Top-performing agents earn $120,000+ annually
- Weekly commission payouts

Requirements
- Must currently hold an active Health Insurance license
- Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Must be able to legally work in the USA without sponsorship
- Must be able to work full-time
