Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. This vital role involves delivering personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be a trusted companion and caregiver, helping clients with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional support. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Administer medications accurately following care plans while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Use specialized equipment to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient care, observations, and progress in accordance with healthcare standards
- Perform light cleaning duties to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being
Experience
- Preferred: At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience
- HHA or CNA certification preferred (not always required)
- Must meet all state requirements, including background checks and clearances
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
- Ability to follow care plans and provide quality support

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
