Job Summary
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Foundry Grinder/Operator in Milwaukee, WI! This energetic role is perfect for individuals eager to contribute to high-quality metal casting processes. Applicant must be comfortable working in a hot environment and a physical job. Company is willing to rain even without foundry experience, as long as candidate has experience working in similar working environments.
- Positions available- Grinders, molding operators, coremakers and labor.
- First and second shift are available. (Early first shift- 5am start)
- Pay rate ranges based on experience. ($18 for candidates without foundry experience/ $22/hr for candidates with 2+ years of consistent experience working in a foundry.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of consistent foundry experience for higher wages
- Must be able to work in hot environments
- lifting up to 55lbs consistently/ physical job
- similar experience in non foundry settings for entry level positions- pay rate is $18/hr
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
