Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Santa Cruz. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom. You will warmly greet every customer who walks through our doors and guide them through their lighting needs. Whether they are looking for a single replacement bulb or outfitting an entire home, your goal is to help them find the perfect lighting solutions.
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Starting pay, based on experience)

Schedule:
- Days: Monday through Saturday (Exact shifts/days to be discussed)
- Status: Closed on Sundays
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to everyone entering our Santa Cruz showroom.
- Consultative Sales: Listen closely to customer needs and recommend the right fixtures, styles, and layouts.
- Product Expertise: Learn about our extensive lighting inventory, finishes, and technical specs over time.
- Showroom Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully displayed showroom floor.
- Order Support: Assist with answering phone calls, checking product availability, and processing sales.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
- An eye for design, home decor, or lighting is a major plus.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
