Requirements for This Position
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid 2a/1c hoisting license
- CDL is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to read grades using a laser level
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
- Able to adapt to jobsite changes and make adjustments on the fly
- Hoisting license and other relevant certifications are a plus, but not required
- 3+ years of heavy equipment operation, excavation, or landscape construction experience prefered.
*Starting pay based on experience and qualifications
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
