The Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is an organization providing services to those with developmental delays, including autism, in California, Colorado, Oregon, Georgia, Washington, Hawaii, Arizona, and New Mexico.
CSD’s people and programs deliver personalized, professional, evidence-based behavioral and developmental services to each participant and peace of mind to caregivers that their loved ones are in the right hands and receiving the best possible care.
The Center Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, employees, and visitors at a CSD center. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of the center through exceptional customer service, administrative support, facility coordination, and communication with internal teams. The Center Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring an organized, safe, and efficient environment for both clients and staff.

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients, caregivers, employees, and visitors with professionalism and compassion.

Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, take accurate messages, and respond to emails and other communications in a timely manner.

Initiate outgoing communications with clients, caregivers, and internal team members as needed.

Coordinate visitor check-in procedures, including badge verification, guest sign-in, and other center access protocols.

Ensure client pick-up and drop-off procedures are followed according to company policies and safety guidelines.

Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

Assist with copying, scanning, filing, and organizing client records and other administrative documentation.

Research, retrieve, and maintain clinical documentation, authorizations, and client records as requested.

Communicate effectively with caregivers, clinicians, physicians, and other healthcare providers to support client services.

Maintain office, kitchen, and clinical supplies to support daily operations.

Coordinate with building management and vendors regarding maintenance requests, telecommunications, internet services, and office equipment.

Support workplace safety by maintaining required postings, monitoring office safety needs, and assisting with center compliance audits.

Maintain office records, including employee key logs and other facility documentation.

Assist with emergency preparedness by understanding and supporting established emergency procedures.

Coordinate office meetings, center events, and staff gatherings.

Pick up and deliver mail or other materials as needed.

Assist clinical teams by preparing and assembling treatment materials and resources.

Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to support efficient center operations.

Maintain confidentiality while handling client and employee information.

Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive experience for clients, families, and team members.

Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, client services, reception, administrative support, or a similar role.

Experience working in a healthcare, behavioral health, education, or office environment preferred.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Compassionate, professional, and customer service-oriented approach to working with clients and families.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (Excel experience highly preferred).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Knowledge of autism services or the ABA field preferred.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to commute to and work onsite daily.
