KG Automotive Solutions is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position, but you don’t need to be a Master Technician either.
We’re looking for a solid, experienced technician who can step into the shop, contribute, work efficiently, and take pride in producing high-quality repairs.
This is a FLAT-RATE position with consistent workflow and strong earning potential.

Who We’re Looking For
We are not looking for someone who needs to be taught how to be a technician.
We are looking for someone with professional automotive repair experience who can come in and contribute.
You should be able to:
- Perform automotive repairs independently and efficiently
- Work successfully in a flat-rate environment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns
- Produce quality work consistently
- Balance efficiency with doing the job right
- Take ownership of your work and follow through
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Follow established shop processes
- Stay productive and manage your time well
- Accept feedback and continue developing your skills
- Show up prepared and ready to contribute
