<ul><li>Valid California PT license</li>
<li>Pediatric experience preferred</li>
<li>A playful therapy approach with a passion for working with children</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, self-initiative and desire for continued learning</li>
<li>A family-centered, collaborative approach to intervention</li>
<li>Ability to review and revise IEP and 504 goals / objective&rsquo;s along with implementation of revisions.</li>
<li>Devising, implementing and revising relevant treatment programs.</li>
<li>Implementing treatment programs and training to parents / professionals in therapy delivery.</li>
<li>Assessing communication environments.</li>
<li>Monitoring and evaluating clients&rsquo; progress.</li>
<li>Working with clients on a one-to-one basis as well as in groups to deliver therapy.</li>
<li>Writing and maintaining confidential client case notes and reports, as well as information for clients and other professionals.</li>
<li>Managing a caseload taking account of priority cases, waiting lists, successful outcomes, referral and discharge of service users.</li>
<li>Working with others to improve the effectiveness of service delivery.</li>
<li>Supporting/supervising newly qualified physical therapists and physical therapy assistants.</li>
<li>Setting organizational and personal objectives.</li>
<li>Planning and delivering training sessions.</li>
<li>Contributing to the implementation and evaluation of projects and developments.</li>
