Primarily 2nd Shift (5 PM – 1 AM)

What You’ll Do
- Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams
- Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed
- Train, coach, and motivate employees
- Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Monitor labor hours and productivity
- Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared
- Communicate updates and expectations clearly
- Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction
- Use Salesforce to document site visits and customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation & clean driving record
- Ability to travel up to 2–3 hours from your home base
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail and accountability
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Stable work history
- Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus
