Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and warmth
- Oversee night audit processes, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Cultivate positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and exceeding expectations through personalized service
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction
- Train staff on hospitality best practices, phone etiquette, and guest services protocols to foster a welcoming environment
- Implement procedures for guest safety, security, and confidentiality in accordance with hotel policies
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably within a resort or similar setting
- Strong background in front desk management, guest services, and customer relations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment that demands multitasking and attention to detail
