As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality BBQ dishes our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring the kitchen is stocked and ready for service.
- Cooking and assembling menu items according to our recipes and standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.
We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role.
- A solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
