Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Recruiter to join our HR team. This role will focus on identifying and attracting top talent to help us grow and succeed.

What You’ll Do:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for entry-level sales and management roles
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from initial contact to onboarding
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Represent our company culture through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Track candidates and maintain recruiting pipelines
- Assist with hiring events and internal recruiting initiatives
