Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in earthwork or construction management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Strong knowledge of laser levels and running grade
- Experience with dozers, excavators, and skid steers
