We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. If you're passionate about solving problems and providing excellent service, this is the opportunity for you.
Diagnose HVAC issues and perform repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other systems
Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC systems
Accurately document work performed and communicate service details to customers
Educate customers on system condition, maintenance tips, and potential upgrades
Ensure all work is done in compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies
Maintain a clean and stocked service vehicle
Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours service calls
Collaborate with dispatch and parts department to ensure timely job completion
Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices when needed
Licensed HVAC Technician or Apprentice (state-certified or working toward licensure)
Proven experience servicing residential HVAC systems
Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environments (attics, rooftops, crawl spaces)
EPA Certification required
