Job Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative and day-to-day business tasks
- Monitor third-party delivery performance, identify opportunities for growth, and recommend improvements to menu offerings, promotions, pricing, and customer experience
- Work with operations teams and third-party partners to maximize sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Support website performance improvements, including SEO, conversion optimization, and functionality
- Assist with social media posting and contribute to marketing strategy
- Create graphics, flyers, and other marketing materials
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
- Assist with special projects and other business initiatives as assigned
Preferred Experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Toast
- Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
