Kava Restaurants LLC is a licensed franchisee of Tim Hortons. We own 3 restaurants in southeast Michigan. We are a “people first” organization looking for great leaders to help us provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to our customers and employees alike. We currently have an opening for a Restaurant General Manager with strong leadership experience.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities include:
- Complete day to day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and manage all restaurant level employees.
- Maximize sales and profits by setting the standard in excellent customer service.
- Perform and implement quality improvements.
- Work closely with upper management teams on sales-building plans, people development and operational improvements.
- Ensure QSR franchise and safety standards are enforced and met.
Restaurant General Manager Core Competencies:
- Confident decision-maker and problem solver.
- Time management with full ability to multi-task.
- Highly practiced in exceeding customer expectations.
- A people motivator.
- Great communicator.
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years within the restaurant industry (drive-thru concept strongly preferred)
- Must have at least 2 years in restaurant management (as the General Manager)
- Strong math skills
- Customer service focused
- Proven leader- ability to mentor, train and develop people
