Seeking an EXPERIENCED utility locator to join the team!
Ideal candidate is focused on accuracy, safety, and efficiency and has at least 4 (four) years of experience with locating public and private utilities.
- Must have experience with one or all of the following: RD8100, Metrotech 810, Metrotec vLoc Pro2, MetroTech vLoc3-5000
- This is a full time position dependent on weather, utility excavation projects and availability of other SUE crew members. Overtime available.
- Must be physically fit and able to tolerate working outside in all types of weather. Able to carry 50 lbs.
- Need a valid driver’s license as driving may occasionally be required.
- Must be at the office early enough to load the truck and leave the office by 7:00 AM, and be prepared to work as long as the daylight allows.
- Must understand and follow instructions from the SUE Field Supervisor and the SUE Engineer to ensure project completion and safety on the crew.
- Will be required to travel to projects outside of Houston for up to 2 weeks at a time.
