We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on our full-time day shift. As a CNA with Beavercreek Health and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
About the Role:
As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, reporting changes in resident condition, and participating in interdisciplinary care planning. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs, report changes in resident condition to the nursing team, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, incontinence care, and feeding
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, families, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and education to advance knowledge and skills
