Our organization is currently seeking a Full-Time Marketing Account Executive to act as a liaison between the communities, clients, their families, support staff to ensure that the clients needs are continually met.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for communicating goals and services of the Agency to physicians, practitioners, and their staff.
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with referral sources in the community.
- Establishing Business Relationships with Senior Communities such as, but not limited to, Independent Living, ALF/ILF, SNF, COA/AAA Community Centers, LTACH facilities. This may also include routine wellness activities.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Medical knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year in healthcare or sales environment
- 2 years college prep in marketing or business field preferred.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Internet Explorer, Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel. Excellent communications skills at all levels including excellent listening skills.
- Ability to express one self verbally and in writing.
- Possess strong customer service skills and be able to work in dynamic team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective, professional relationships.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels including excellent listening skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-task fast paced environment and effectively manage stress.
