SEAMLESS GUTTER TEAM LEADER / LEAD INSTALLER
Miami Valley Roofing & Restoration is actively seeking an experienced Seamless Gutter Team Leader to join our growing team in Waynesville, Ohio.
We are a family-owned company that has been serving homeowners since 2015 and continues to experience rapid growth throughout Southwest Ohio. We are looking for a skilled leader who can run a gutter crew, maintain quality standards, and help us continue delivering exceptional results for our customers.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a proven gutter professional who can lead by example, train crew members, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage seamless gutter installation projects
- Install 5", 6", and custom seamless gutter systems
- Install gutter guards and drainage solutions
- Train and mentor crew members
- Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain quality control standards
- Communicate with management regarding project status
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials
- Represent the company professionally on every job site
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous seamless gutter installation experience required
- Previous crew leadership experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and perform accurate calculations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
